Small Group Fitness Classes

Focusing on cardio and toning. Using boxing, body weight exercises, circuit & interval training we ensure classes are enjoyable and motivating.
Classes that get results and adaptable to all levels.

$20 for 1 class
$38 for any 2 classes a week


St Francis School -
Monday 5:45pm (40min)

 

Burwood Studio:
Monday 6.30am (limited spots)
Monday 11.30am
Wednesday 9.05am

Thursday 7am 

Friday 6.30am (limited spots)
Saturday 7.55am (limited spots) & 9am  & 9.35am

Fitness Inspired Power Yoga

Kyla's yoga classes focus on stretching & stress relief. The short but challenging classes are great rehabilitation for injuries. Full body strengthening with a spotlight on core work, great for relaxing.

$20 for 1 class  $38 for any 2 classes a week
