We have been going to Studio Six for six years and absolutely love all aspects they offer. We were far from any idea of fitness till we met Kyla and Ryan who accessed our needs and where we need to be. We go as a husband and wife team. My twin boys (23 yrs old) also go for their fitness level as well and say its great as one on one training pushes you more than just going to the gym. We highly recommend our personal trainers as they give you life skills for better weight management and fitness. Also offers nutritional ideas and meal plans as part of the cost. Best decision ..thanks to a grab one voucher we got 6 years ago never looked back

I'm currently attending the express yoga workouts with Kyla during the week as well as nutrition. The yoga has helped with the physical release of stress as well as building strong muscles and increasing my flexibility. I decided to do a trial of nutrition based help from Kyla with no emphasis on weight loss at all only for mental health. Kyla has helped me, almost daily, with suggestions on easy swaps in order to give my body the energy it requires and foods to keep me fuller for longer. With Kyla's support I am feeling stronger both physically and mentally as well as more positive about my body and what it can do.
